We currently ship to customers within Pakistan and selected international destinations where our products are legally permitted.

Pakistan

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing tracking information (where available).

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
